Samadhan Arbitration Foundation offers legally binding arbitration services, guided by neutral and experienced arbitrators. Parties can choose institutional arbitration where we manage the entire process—from appointment of arbitrators to scheduling and awards—or opt for ad hoc arbitration with our administrative support. Our procedures are designed to be fast, transparent, and enforceable under Indian law, helping clients avoid prolonged litigation.
Our conciliation services help parties resolve disputes amicably with the assistance of an impartial conciliator. The process is voluntary and cooperative, with structured discussions facilitated by experts. We guide parties toward a settlement agreement that is legally recognized, saving time and preserving relationships, especially in commercial and family matters.
In mediation, we provide a confidential and flexible platform for resolving conflicts with the support of trained mediators. Our mediators do not impose decisions but assist in clarifying issues, exploring solutions, and achieving mutual understanding. Samadhan's mediation process is suitable for civil, commercial, and interpersonal disputes, and can be used even before any legal filing.

Fees are based on the Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. An additional administration fee of ₹10,000 is charged by Samadhan Arbitration Foundation for each case. In the case of a Sole Arbitrator, an additional 25% fee is added to the standard arbitrator fee.
